I think it's Marquez who will be eating the uppercuts on the inside.

Im all over the place with this pick tbh.......

Im thinking that Marquez should take it though. Bradley can punch enough to score the odd Knockdown and certainly hard enough to gain your respect but he's no Mike Tyson and if u cant count on bombing Juan out then u better be able to box well off the back foot forcing Marquez to come forward and act as the aggressor, a role he can play but is far less effective at than his usual counter puncher role. Tim is athletic and mobile so he has a shot at pulling a win out the bag in this style but even if he tries to move JMM is so sharp and accurate and he CAN punch. Knowing what a warrior Tim Bradley is, The Provodnikov fight alone sealed that deal - (I mean Tim was OUT and still fighting back relentlessly!) And knowing at some point Juan is likely to ring his bell with one of his hard classy combinations its hard not to see a war develop after a cagey start. Because as we know Marquez be out there Warring too - see Diaz, Pacqauio, Katsidis, Barrera ect ect!
Yeah i like Marquez in this fight, especially after Tim's last fight which may or may not have taken something out of him

Cant wait though, LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE!

I get why people are rolling with Bradley he is younger, throws more punches and is the naturally bigger man. Unfortunately for him he has looked like **** against Manny and looked even worse against Provodnikov. It's won thing to struggle with some one like Pacquiao it's a whole different thing when you almost get ktfo by a espn level fighter.
Marquez may be old and slowing down but his timing has remained and has always been one of his greatest attributes. If his timing and conditioning is there he will win this fight. Marquez might not be the greatest pressure fighter but Bradley wont keep Marquez off of him by throwing single shots. The will throw combos and give JMM opportunities to counter. I think Marquez will try to target the body early and slow Timmy down. Hopefully he can do it.

                  So excited!

I'm rolling with Bradley, mainly because I'm a fan. It's a very hard pick, because it's very hard to be sure what either fighter will look like on fight night. We don't know how damaged Bradley may or may not be, we don't know how old Marquez may or may not look.

I'm thinking Bradley looks mostly the same, Marquez will look old and be too slow, they will have some very good exchanges in between good chess match action, and Bradley will win enough of those exchanges to take the close but clear decision.

I expect a really, really good fight. At their hearts, both of these guys are fighters who want to answer every punch they take with punches of their own. That type of fight likely favors Marquez, but I think Bradley will surprise the boxing world.

i don't see a way in where bradley can rationally win this fight. in vegas, against a guy who has world class recuperative skills, world class boxing and as of late, seemingly world class power.

oh, and dude also has a sick chin.

also, is bradley really faster than jmm?

Bradley should be faster. Unless he lost a step over the past year. Marquez isn't great at chasing fighters down, which Bradley will probably make him do. Bradley has world class recuperative powers himself, and is a very well rounded fighter who can find something that works and take advantage of it. Add in Marquez's age and this should be a fight Bradley can win.
