If you don't like the idea of him going to 147lbs email his team..
If he isn't moving down in weight for Pacquiao, why would he move down in weight for three guys who don't even generate more money than him. Now that's silly. If those guys want the payday and potential PPV revenue, then they're moving up or at least meet at a more manageable catchweight.

It wasn't meant to be an insult. It's just dumb sounding to ask a guy who's past his prime and already looking ahead to retirement to fight at a weight he hasn't seen in four years and expect good results. He isn't going to 147 for any of those guys. If Mayweather came calling again for a rematch at 147. The prospects of 10+ million would entice him. But for those three no-money making guys, yeah right. That's asking for trouble, even for a sub-par fighter like Rios and soft hitting Bradley.

We're assuming Broner wouldn't fake an injury or faint at the weigh-in and have the fight cancelled.

I actually think Cotto-Marquez would do solid numbers if properly promoted..it could be the going away party for the loser..and a last hoorah! for the winner..

I doubt Cotto goes down to 147 since he already decline 10 million to fight Pacquiao at that weight. What I see him doing is going after some of those guys at catchweights of 150.

This is what I think too. The money he brings is worth it for these guys to move up a few pounds.

If Cotto beats Rodriguez in impressive fashion and Marquez has some trouble with Bradley but still wins I could see Cotto-Marquez breaking or coming really close to Trinidad-De La Hoya record for two latino fighters.

Bradley would do it in a heartbeat but I am not sure Marquez would take that risk. I remember when Cotto was a guest on golpe a golpe Marquez was there and they kind of flirted with the idea of a fight. Marquez said Cotto was too big but he never said no so theres a chance it could still happen.

Cotto by ko, if he goes back to body shots, the left hook takes him down.

If Broner didn't like Malignaggi's jab, he's really gonna hate Cotto's, more power and better timing on it. Cotto takes his belt and his girl.
