Damn you Cortez. Why did you knock Hatton into that turnbuckle?

i just watched this one myself. i gave hatton the first 2 rounds, the 5th round, and scored the 6th even. he gave a good effort but once mayweather let loose with that offensive assault in the 8th it was pretty much all she wrote.

did good till he got tired

floyd has had his toughest times when faced with big pressure, unfortunantly, most of these guys dont have the stamina

He made Floyd uncomfortable that is for sure but he didn't land anything significant though and I think I had it 6 to 3 in Floyd's favor going into the 10th.

Did he even land any significant punch? The guy came to wrestle, he thought his uncle (Micky Vann) who refs most of his fights was the one in the ring lol..

hatton is extremely underrated on this site , haed even.. why i have no idea

nice guy , heart of a lion , never ran always a good fight
eveything you could ask for in a fighter
i get in debates with people saying MICKEY WARD was a better fighter than hatton lol

                wtf ?????

gave a btter fight than mosley, guerrero, marquez, ortiz,
but according to anyone on here they would all spark hatton in a rd
because he was just a face 1st street fighter

guys foot movement and bodywork was 2nd to none

A few close rounds, but Cortez somewhat nullified hatton's gameplan of his ambush style and roughing him up. After the 7th, he looked like he was tiring a bit. Once he started slowing down it was all over. The british fans were loud in that fight!

Now I just really wish Ricky beat senchenko.
