Beltran gives everybody a tough fight. I never thought Burns would have a easy night with Beltran especially after how he looked against that bum in his last fight. He's probably working with memo know because he's actually making some money and can hire a strength and conditioning coach. Burns's power is okay. As to Beltran, he was the one who associated with Heredia, he made that decision and there is no random blood testing for this fight. If he comes with big KO power then people are going to draw their own conclusions.

His fights with Katsidis, Moses, and Gonzalez weren't very exciting IMO. But I feel Beltran has enough skills to press Burns more and make him fight.
