The key will be what kind of shape Arreola comes in? Banks is a counter puncher non aggressive type of fighter. That is why mitchel got ko'd and why he did not get ko'd in the rematch - he did not commit to an aggressive attack which banks was banking on.

Is this writer high?. Seth Mitchell is a Class "C" fighter and Arreola is a washed up, (Never was much) Whale.

I've said it before and been deleted a few times for it, but (as many of us said at the time) Banks was paid off vs Mitchell, and if Arreola gets the same deal, he'll lose to Mitchell as well. If not, even as untalented of a boxer as Arreola is, he will flat out KO this bum. 3 rounds tops.

As long as Arreola has the stamina to fight 4 rounds, that's good enough. If he's in remotely decent shape for him, this is over in 2 at most.

What can mitchell do to win this? if arreola's got one thing, it's a punch. From what I see from the banks fights, one punch from arreola could really hurt him, seriously. seth doesn't even move well, i have no idea what banks was doing in that rematch. he was hitting with everything then just stopped punching. Maybe arreola comes in out of shape, and gasses. Seth has enough power to stop him if he's completely gassed. I like Seth, but I don't see him climbing to the top
