The final press conference was held for the July 23rd event in Tokyo, Japan. In the main event, Koki Kameda (30-1, 17KOs) will defend his WBA "regular" bantamweight title against Filipino John Mark Apolinario (17-2-3, 4KOs). Coming in with a very odd statistic, Apolinario fought to a draw in three of his last four fights.
Also on the card, Etsuko Tada (12-0-2, 2KOs) will defend his WBA minimumweight title against Anabel Ortiz (11-3, 2KOs).
