Comments Thread For: Delvin Rodriguez Expecting a Very Tough Miguel Cotto

Former four division world champion Miguel Cotto (37-4, 30KOs) will not be underestimated when he meets Delvin Rodriguez (28-6-3, 16KOs) on October 5th in Orlando, Florida. Cotto has lost his last two fights, to Austin Trout and Floyd Mayweather Jr. Rodriguez is not paying any attention to those defeats. He expects the best Cotto possible, and expects the Puerto Rican superstar to come in with a steel will of determination to show the fans that he still has enough gas left in the tank.

You're about to share the ring with one of the best fighters of your era Delvin. Cherish the moment though, Cotto's left hook will end it quickly.

I like Cotto but Delvin is going to stop him. Delvin throws a lot of combinations and is fast enough to really bust Cotto up this late in his career, I am expecting an upset in this fight.

Delvin is a very durable fighter he could take alot of punishment, thats why im taking cotto by a 10 round ko by a left hook to the body.should be a good fight though

I expect Cotto to dominate and move on to bigger and better things. I think the only thing Delvin has going for him is his height bu he aint a boxer so I dont think he will be able to use it that much
