In the opening bout, Wendy Toussaint (1-0) proved to be too much for his opponent On'Rey Towns (0-2). From the very start, Towns seemed befuddled by Toussaint's upper body movement. This allowed Toussaint to box to a very easy decision. After the final bell, the judges scored the fight 40-36 across the board for Toussaint.
