I might be wrong but Malik did not give any indication he wanted to carry on. Some fighters hold their hands up ready to fight or others say their ok, he just stood there silently.

You can get away with excessive illegal clinching very easily.

            - Body punches rarely ever get counted by judges so don't expect to win a fight based solely on those.

            Feel free to elaborate.....
Your words are full of obvious wisdom and insight. please enlighten us more on the worthlessnes of good body work in boxing. You work a body over hard and it's amazing what opens up behind it....... Rockin'

I have seen fights that was stopped at the count of 8. It's no big deal especially when the fighter doesn't seem like he wants to continue.

I completely understand that you need body work to tire an opponent & break them down mentally.

But if you are punching the body all fight & neglect the head, dont think JUDGES are going to give you the nod.

You misunderstand my post so leave this thread

                  - You can get away with a virtually unlimited number of fouls. Elbows, low blows, kicks, headbutting and body-slamming are all perfectly acceptable.

Always show respect to your opponent immediately after the fight. Do not reference stealing his side-piece.

Dope all you want while under Al Haymon's management, your punishment (if any) won't even be half as bad as someone else getting caught doping.
