Stoppage was completely appropriate and the ref'ing was fine. Awesome career resurrection for Molina.

Does he even know what happened yet?

If anything the stoppage was late. But I excuse him because he got his ass kicked in front of his crew at ringside and that's got to hurt.

Bey was finished. He should have boxed that last round and got the easy victory but NO.. it was bad enough the fact that he is 30 years old with only 18 fights now at 18-1-1 this was a major setback for him as far as being a star in the sport sometimes it's about how and who you lose to, and getting KO'ed by a name like Molina is bad. Only how Bey gets taken serious now is if he comes back and knocks Molina out or starts fighting 5 times a year like Golovkin.. I wouldn't mind seeing Hank Lundy vs Bey

If you put a KO in a guy's mind, what's his approach going to be? Aggressive. Mayweather's exact words: I don't want you to be careless but I want you to turn it on. He turned it on, got a bit tired, dropped his hands a bit, got caught with the left hook and Molina came to life. Corner to blame.

He definitely did not get his ass kicked, but he did get KTFO.. Anyone can get clipped though even the likes of Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather himself.. Things happen.. I was a bit surprised at how much bigger Molina was than Bey too

I agree 100%. On the other hand, I do give him credit for going out guns blazing. He could have made for a very slow 10th round and he did not.

At the end, its on the boxer who makes the final decision on which path he is going to take.

I excuse him because he was probably still getting to grips of where he was, his brain was frazzled.

Yeah, Sr got it wrong imo. Should've told Bey to get on his bike and not get hit with anything big. He could've lost that round without getting hurt and won the fight.

I don't think Sr. was thinking about securing the UD, just winning the physical fight.

Corner to blame? You should never get careless, even when becoming more aggressive. People are always so quick to blame the corner. Sr said "dont get careless", yet he got careless. How is that the corners fault?

I do expect Sr to take some responsibility for Bey's loss. I was puzzled when I saw the interview Sr gave a couple days before the fight when he said that he didn't watch much footage of Molina and really didn't even know who he was. There was no game plan, but before lil Floyd fought Guerrero Sr had watched and studied Guerrero and will for Canelo also. Sr needs to start training his fighters like he would his own son. Not everyone can make adjustments on the fly like Floyd. Sr is Hollywood now..
