Pac vs Floyd isn't the same. I get that, BUT..........

It's still a HUGE fight to make, and it still beats any other fight out there, other than maybe Canelo. It might even surpass the Canelo/Floyd hype right now. Actually, I know it would.

Is it a case of genuinely not wanting to see the fight, or the emotional attachment to something that you know won't ever happen is too draining, so you don't even want to talk about it anymore?

No one wants to go through that again, I think that might have actually been the worse experience a boxing fan had to go through. On top of that, I don't see the competitiveness, Marquez's old legs was successful in stopping Pacquiao, as was Mosley...at this point I'm askin', what the hell do people want to see? It's a factor of so many things. The fight is practically dead to me.

Pac would have to fight the Bradley-Marquez winner and look like an absolute monster for me to get invested again. Otherwise, the fight has lost far too much of its luster for me to pay attention to what these two ****ing sons of b*tches are saying about each other.

That's the part I don't get. I totally understand your first part, but, people are clamoring for a Floyd vs Matthysse/Bradley/Alexander/Garcia/Broner/Canelo fight.

How in the blue hell is Pac any worse than those fights?

P.S. What JMM does to Pac has nothing to do with what Floyd does to Pac.

Inb4, "Yeah, Floyd schools him worse" jokes.

I don't understand why Floyd and his fans continue to support his avoidance of Pacquiao.

It doesn't do the 2.7 mil PPV buys it would have done a couple of years ago, but it sure as hell beats the 750k Floyd-Guerrero PPV did.

I'd imagine it would do anywhere between 1.6 and 1.8 mil buys. And this would be with the raised PPV price.

The bold isn't true and it's the winner of Matthysse-Garcia that's appealing to many, or if Bradley can get past Marquez.

Yeah, even so, how in the hell is the Matthysse/Garcia winner or Bradley a more intriguing fight than Pac?
