Roach said in an interview that if he sees that Cotto is not 100%, if he's hell bent on fighting out of his effective range then Roach will straight up tell him to hang them up.

going off name alone, Cotto can still get some fights
maybe he can beat pedestrian guys at WW if he can go down
but he's beating no top guys anymore, especially at JMW
