As a Mayweather fan do i believe Floyd walk around at 150 hell no, thats very visable with the side by side Canelo pics, he probably walks around at 150-157, his tall lanky build hides the weight well though
Does Floyd really need these mind games to defeat the likes of Guerrero? I guess like with catchweights, he'll take whatever advantage he can get.

But explain this a little more, so you're saying he is trying to trick the opponent into thinking he's lighter that he is? So he's really heavier than he says? Or what exactly is the reasoning, please elaborate.

No, he's saying the opposite. That Floyd is trying to trick them into thinking he's heavier than he really is.

No, but weight affects fights especially if the bigger guy is content on holding and pinning him to the ropes like a Cotto did

Truthfully its hard for me to believe Floyd walks into the ring near 147, if you watched how he looked in his first fights at 147 like Baldomir and Judah he was tiny, and compare them to JMM/Mosley/Cotto fights he appears to have at least 10 pounds of muscle added to his frame.......

According to Floyd himself when asked after the fight, he came in as a Welterweight against Cotto the night of the fight. Says he weighed 147-148. The weigh in i think he was 151.

So why put out these articles like this? That seems counterproductive, and it's not the first time. I guess his scheme is not so clever lol

Just tweet him to step on the fcuking scale fight night for once

I agree. I don't think he's ever hit 160, but 155+ is believable, and should be no problem with his frame.

No way Floyd would be comfortable dancing with 154 pound fighters if he wasnt near that weight. Remember in the first Manny negotiations Floyd asked for the fight at 154 did he fear his days at 147 were numbered then like 4 years ago....But there is no telling if Floyd truly playing scale games, but one has question it. Supreme tactician though.......

I agree. I don't think that is the reason. I think most of the time he just doesn't care or thinks he's bigger than that. Not weight wise but stature. Like he's calling the shots. I think he feels Oscar was like that.

I do remember one fight though where Lampley said Floyd is mad at them so he won't let them in the dressing room to weigh him. Maybe he did that and just stuck with it.....lol
