  • Tough words from pacquiao but he got a point if he's a shot fighter...prove he's a shot fighter then mayweather should stop worrying about pacquiao and pacquiao should definitely stop talkin lucky punch he should just tell it like it is and say I got caught with a good punch.

I think Floyd refused to fight manny because of Manny's style.. punches in bunches with angles and footwork and head movement.. in and out.. power.. and as good defensively as Mayweather is.. he knows his style doesn't fare well vs Manny's.. Look at his fights.. fight straight ahead, no head movement, or footwork fighters.. guerrero, hatton, marquez (my favorite is not an offensive fighter, yet he was forced to go forward, because he's a warrior) baldomir, Judah, Ortiz, gatti, corrales, Castillo, Moseley, DLH.. they all HAVE not enough head movement or footwork or enough of a combination of both, that's why Mayweather's style beats them all 10 times out 10... Notice how I didn't mention Cotto.. only because Cotto has always had good/great boxing overall skills.. and yet Manny was steamrolling him.. but Mayweather struggled a little.. I will bet anything if Manny and Mayweather fought.. he'd be super hesitant of throwing that straight right.. just my opinion.. not saying Manny wins.. just saying he's a bigger threat!!
Sorry bro. Floyd's defense is superior compared to Manny's. It's not even close. Plus Manny was open quite a bit to to that straight right against Dinamita. Floyd would capatiaize off that like it was no one's business. That left of Manny's though could be a huge factor if they fight and the only reason I say that is because of how well it worked for Zab when he fought Floyd, but even still.. Floyd would find some way to adapt to Manny's style.

my bad.. it sounds like I mean to say Manny is as good as Mayweather defensively.. but I actually meant more like "as good as Mayweathers defense is" type of argument.. lol.. I don't think mayweather has ever faced someone with the angles, footwork and headmovent as Manny.. just my opinion.. plus the work rate.. kind of like clottey (nothing alike I know) but I've never seen Mayweather engage.. more like hit and move and when they're hitting him, he focuses on avoiding brilliantly.. what's to say that Manny can throw so many punches it doesn't let Mayweather get into a rhythm?? get me?

He has achieved success in his generation unmatched by any other so you should gently bugger off. If you insist on pestering me as in the past, I'll be forced to respond.

I've always said when Bob is done cashing out on Pac you will see just how easy Bob Arum can make or break a fight.

I doubt Pac will ever leave Bob's side. However Bob will show everyone just how easy he can make a fight when he really wants to make a fight.

You won't hear him talking about stadiums or crying about blood tests or saying this is how you do or don't do business etc..

You'll see Bob do what he does best. It's just a matter of WHEN he actually wants to do it. In the meantime, Floyd is still not on his agenda. Hardly anyone cares at this point anyway.

                  • I personally think Pacquiao is feeling a little left out. After GB announced Matthysse/Garcia as an under card, the spot light was shining brightly on Mayweather's upcoming match. Maybe he just wanted to remind everyone he's still here and he has a fight coming up too. Almost like announcing his fight with Rios a couple days after the Guererro fight. Incidentally, Floyd was getting praise for boxing writers who had nothing good to say about him since the Gatti fight. I don't know if it's Pacquiao or his handlers but they're probably feeling their moment in the spotlight is fading and Mayweather is getting all the attention. As far as the punch being lucky, if he truly believes that he's as delusional as his fans, and I didn't that was possible.

                    • Pac running his mouth lol it is amusing. He is so pissed that he is not the man anymore. Just another sign his career is over the crap he is talking. Talking crap about Floyd and also disrespecting JMM. A lucky shot? You mean the shot he trapped and walked your ass right into Manny? Lucky my ass. So the one that laid Manny flat on his ass earlier in the fight was lucky too huh. Meh we can see what happens. It just amazes me though how Pac or anyone says Floyd is scared of him when Floyd is fighting a bigger and stronger fighter in Sept., also one who is younger, in better shape, better technically and has more power? That is a funny way to prove you're a ***** huh? Meh Pac has a punchers chance against Floyd, which to be honest is all he ever had and anyone who knows boxing knows that.
