I can admit, Boxing ain't perfect, but right now, i feel so ****ing overwhelmed and excited as a fan of Boxing. It just seems like all the entertaining fights are being made and the fans are getting exactly what they want to see! I think the next several years is going to follow this pattern of the most in demand fights being made, the future is looking really good, ESPECIALLY with goldenboy and this Showtime deal they have! Long live Boxing, the best sport in the world!

Yup, theres a lot going on at the minute across all weight classes, i think we've had a good last 4+ years of excellent fights and 'buzz' across all weight.
Granted there has been match-up issues and PED issues lingering. But Sometimes you gotta let the bad in with the good, or you'll get no good.

The rest of this year is shaping up lovely, i think it's a good 'phase' the sport is going through on the whole at the moment, even despite aspects of controversy imo...

the HBO/TR and GBP/Showtime split is actually good. Yes certain fighters wont fight each other which sucks but its forcing each network to make the best possible fights to compete
