I saw this yesterday and wondered why it wasn't being talked about. All the Rigo supporters blasting Arum and HBO should read this and relax a bit.

Hard to know when there was even a genuine issue in the first place and when we were the mice in a ratings-motivated laboratory.

evem though he stinks up the joint throwing 20 punches per round im still intrigued to see him. But i think he thinks his skill equates to money... sorr buddy it doesn't. He better not be pricing himself out, he should be happy getting 100-200 K per fight

Remember how long it took for Donaire to get to HBO and start making 500k+. He was dominant at 112 and 115, all on Showtime or on pinoy power ppv. So he's earned his position. Also didn't hurt he blew out his first 2 opponents (name guys, Montiel p4p rated) on HBO at 118 in shocking fashion.

This is probably all there is to it, they're happy to show Rigo but not for the money he might be expecting.
