c'mon man....he's on the phone with the authority calling the kid a PUNK before anything even popped off.....he already had his mind made up on what type of kid the kid was.....no testimony or cross examinations needed to overstand what occured

Ok but exactly how does all that proof he murdered Martin? Well it doesnt. You need proof, this is what people dont understand, that burden of proof is on the state to proof that he murdered him. The state basically has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and paint a storyline with evidence, witnesses, etc. of exactly what happened that night. And guess what, they really couldnt.

Zimmerman had no authority beyond that of u and i, but following somebody is not illegal. Now ground and pounding someone for following you is illegal, and if you attack someone for doing that, the other person has the right to defend himself with deadly force even if he was following you. It doesnt matter what he used to defend himself. Get this street stuff out of your head, this is not how the legal system works

it's very obvious that his head was not repeatedly slammed into the ground. if it was, trayvon was very weak and not doing any damage of real consequence. i don't know how anybody could believe that a life threatening beating took place given the photos.

the issue was that there was no testimony from martin to the contrary, because he was dead.

The pictures show he had at least 3 wounds to the head. If he had continued slamming his head on the cement, that could have resulted in serious injuries or death. Zimmerman properly defended himself.
