They would have had an argument if not for JMM.

JMM washes away anything Pacboys can say about Pac being on the same level as Floyd.

It shouldn't be an easy fight at all. Canelo is no bum. He's a solid fighter nearing world class level.

Floyd is just too good. He'll make an elite guy look dull.

Don't get me wrong , I like Canelo he is a great up comer and prolly the future of boxing when Floyd is out...but as of right now,..he is too inexperienced and to much in a rush.. Trout was prolly the only technical boxer he's fought and he wasn't impressive..cotto would've been a good test before Floyd maybe Lara as well.. But this is quite the leap for a kid who is only beginning to adjust to the various styles of boxing.

Boxing is a thinking mans game.. Anyone can land a decent shot if the other isn't aware...Floyd has had he's step backs against Mosley and Cotto but he proves to be a better fighter, floyd is a boxing wizard..im sure if he does make a mistake he'll back it up, someway somehow he always does.... This is his game. Against every fighter there is a risk, they're all professional boxers in the ring. So I doubt mayweather would leave any chances for canelo to look good in anyway,. Most ppl dont see this but MAyweather is a legit fighter who can take a punch as well as deliver them..MOsley said in a interview that both mayweather and canelo hit about the same....that tells u mayweather just doesn't chase the ko but has it...

Capricorn1985 is droppin' gems on you non-believing FOOLS. You'd be wise to pay attention.

Ya'll need to appreciate Floyd while he's here and stop wasting your lives HATING!

Talents like this don't come around often. The guy is also on an unbelievable winning streak against world class level boxers.

            How can you hate that?

Floyd whooped Zab who matched him in speed, overcame Hatton's mugging, wrestling or whatever you wanna call it, got rocked by Moseley, withstood it and came back to dominate, and pretty much brawled with Cotto. The guy adapts to anything. He's so diverse but gets nothing but negativity thrown his way. Name a brawler that doesn't "run" and has gotten 17 QUALTIY years in the sport. People bring up fighters that Floyd has fought or that they want him to fight (Cotto, Pac) and use the excuse that they're out their prime. Who's fault is that if they're out their prime but Mayweather is older than them. Fight smarter not harder, preserve yourself for a long career and quality post career. Its not running folks.

Gonna be starting soon?? That shyt should've already started. I know Floyd is in fighter mode all year long but he should already be doing light workouts working on reflexes.

The only fighter who was as dangerous as Tito in this era was Pacquiao , But the fight couldnt be made ,...wait..don't blame Floyd don't blame Pacquiao....only one man responsible here for that , and that's Bob Arum...yes Bob Arum. Floyd made a televised phone call to Pacquiao personally and an offer, not then but later would Pacquiao claim he didn't care for the money that he wanted to fight..many times he said it. Arum never let his pupil take a step without him by his side. BUT take this in consideration...He fought MOsley toe to toe , after Mosley demolished The granite chin Margarito. That's dangerous.. He fought Ortiz after an awesome win against Berto, not much sportsmanship but it went both ways.."you make a mistake , U have to pay" if I remember in the face-off. And he went toe to toe with cotto which is also dangerous. Guerrero mandatory but guerrero is no joke ,. But seemed so next to mayweather,. Hatton by ko.. When hatton was king, always a dangerous fighter,. And De la Hoya , first time at 54 in his career , giving Oscar the edge with everything including gloves.. And thats dangerous as well.. So yes he does take dangerous fights they just don't seem so afterwards...And now he's fighting Canelo who supposedly is another dangerous fighter which in that case I'll say he isn't all that dangerous if u stack resumes side by side. I hope that helps u

absolutely true , Ali loved to dance around his opponents get them tired, show off here and there..and also went toe to toe with the giants as well , sadly he ended up with Parkinson's , prime example of what shouldn't be done unless necessary (I'm told his condition came from the fights) but Ali could've danced all night long but wanted to satisfy the media and make them believe in him. True legend but unnecessary risker and true entertainer. Why beat them when u can make them look below your skill set. It's not running its using your ring to the fullest extent of ur abilities..fly like a butterfly ,. (Dance in ur ring) sting like bee (hit them at will)... No offense if any for mentioning Ali..but they are both in the same list as greats,
