            to be honest? NOTHING.

            it's not the trainer who can help him because Cotto is already a finished product. what he needs is a good strength and conditioning coach. Probably Ariza Shakes or Angel "Needles" Herredia.

                I agree with above. Strength and conditioning, and work on getting his offensive back on line simce I belive that his offensive output/coordiantion was the worst ever during the Trout fight.
