The only thing Fury will break is a sweat from running.Granted Fury can and will talk tons or crap leading up to this fight, and so will Haye for that matter.Fury will win the war of words. But when they step into the ring Fury is going to be a joke that finally gets told. And it's not like I'm a Haye fan either.Truth be told I don't care much for either one.But Fury and Haye are a league apart in skill and talent and it will show when they are in the ring together. In fact I expect Fury to talk as much smack as he can and then try to weasel out of the fight with an "injury".I refuse to believe this fight is on until I actually see Fury step into the ring. And on that same note Haye is suspect in my mind as well.just not as much as Fury.If the fight does come off here's how I see it going down:.Fury's size won't amount to jack in the fight.Haye is faster than Fury and he won't just stand around and let Fury lean on him and try to smother, cover and tire him out.Fury will come out at the opening bell throwing tons of punches. Most will miss or be blocked or slipped by Haye.Haye will tag Fury with a couple of good punches to end the round.Second round Fury comes out doing the same.Haye is beginning to make Fury eat leather with well timed counter punches.3rd round starts with Haye way more agressive.Fury starts to land to Hayes body to try to slow him down but only a few body shots get there.Fury tries to use his jab with limited success.Haye tags Fury with a hard Haymaker, follows up with body shots and uppercuts.Fury begins to get wild and tries to brawl. You can't hit what's not there and Haye will have Fury frustrated as hell and making all kinds of mistakes by the end of the 3rd round.4th round Fury's corner actually gets him to calm down and listen,Fury concentrates on slowing the pace and using his jab and sneaking an occasional body shot in.Haye uses his speed to keep Fury at a distance.Decent round for Fury,in fact he's winning the round.Haye being very patient.Fury finally lands a very hard right.Haye stunned, but hard to gauge just how hurt he really is.Fury seems like a shark smelling blood and rushes in to Brawl with Haye swinging wildly.Haye catches Fury with a left uppercut,Fury is wobbled and Haye fires a Hayemaker that misses,Fury has drunkenly wobbles out of the way and into the ropes.Nowhwere to go on the ropes and David Haye bombs Fury.Fury is down.Fury makes it to one knee then rises at the count of nine.$ seconds left in the round and Fury survives.Fury gets a much needed one minute break between rounds to recover.Round 5 starts and Fury elects to go back to what was working for him earlier until he elected to brawl.jab, jab, jab body shot, and he is finally having luck tying Haye up.Fury begins to fight dirty and punch Haye while tied up.Ref warns Fury about punching Haye behind the head while tied up.Haye trying to work the body.Uppercut from Haye opens a cut over Fury's left eye, deep gash.10 seconds left in round and ref calls time so Dr can look at cut.Time called and Fury lands blatant low blow on Fury.Round ends with Ref warning Fury.Round 6 Starts Fury's cut is bleeding bad as his corner done seemingly nothing to staunch it.Fury very frustrated, lots of holding and hitting.Haye's had enough and decides to fight fire with fire, next time Fury holds and hits Haye sends a hard left to meet Fury's family ***els. The Ref is livid,he calls time and takes 1 points from Fury and gives Haye a warning.Time called and Fury sneaks a hard jab in and the lands a monster right hand.Haye for sure in trouble. It looks like the end.Fury is throwing everything trying to get Haye out of there.Blood gushing from Haye's nose.It looks like it's the end for Haye but Fury is getting foolish with his punches leaving himself wide open and tiring himself out.Round 6 ends with Haye uncorking a hard left, yes left that puts Fury on the seat of his pants.Fury makes it up by nine and the bell sounds.Fury is out of it.He tries to go sit in a neutral corner with no stool. His trainer finally gets him in the right corner.Fury is out of it.It's sounds like he's speaking gibberish.Rd 7 starts. All it takes is 2 Hayemakers to finish it.Fury regains consciousness after 3 minutes.Fury offers up a weak excuse to his loss at the post fight press conference,he had food poisoning from tainted spinach dip the week before the fight.
Go easy on me everyone, the above prediction was meant to be a farce :-)
I like that he mentioned the body attack. Fury has a really nice inside game. He needs to work Haye's body early to have a chance. Haye has no body attack, and no inside game and he's really only a headhunter. Longer the fight goes, the better for Fury.
