Russia cruiserweight contender Grigory Drozd (36-1, 25KOs) is the latest boxing who says he parted ways with well known promoter/manager Vladimir Hryunov. In the last two weeks, both Denis Lebedev and WBA "regular" heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin announced their decisions to break away from Hryunov. Drozd says he plans to return on October 5th in Moscow, as part of the Wladimir Klitschko vs. Povetkin undercard.
