If Cotto could make it, he'd beat all of the listed fighters. He still says though that making 147 drains him and since that rules him out.

Out of the options, Lucas "The Machine" Matthysse.

Cotto almost was ko'd a few times at 140.
Guerrero gets a lot of credit at WW for beating Aydin and Berto Guerrero has heart, stamina, average speed and power. He doesn't beat Cotto at 147 if he makes the weight comfortably.

Right now Bradley has the strongest claim since he holds a win over Pacquiao for the WBO welterweight title and a solid win over Alexander at 140.Marquez and Pacquiao have no legal claim to any version of the world welterweight title and of course Mayweather is the real champ at 147.I voted for Matthysse because if he wanted to fight at 147 I think he could beat anyone on that list of fighters you put up to vote for.

I'd take Guerrero at 147 over any version of Austin Trout at 154.
