    he WBC has ruled that Marco Antonio Rubio, fights Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. for the Interim Middleweight Title. They're respectively one and two in the rankings. The WBC will wait until both fighters complete the bouts they've already signed up for. Free negotiations will start the Monday after their bouts. In case one of them loses, the WBC will name another challenger.

          how does that work?? so chavez was schooled got suspended and fights brian vera and now is#contender?? Rubio lost to chavez beats up on carlos baldomir and some other dudes and is number two?? wtf??
