Well you might have wanted him to go through the whole top ten before fighting for the title. He managed to do it in a couple of fights. Good for him. That's a fighter that's properly managed. He's been in some stinkers, yes. Wlad and Audley were both awful. One was Haye's fault, one was shared.

But he's also been in some great fights like Chisora, Ruiz, Barrett. Those were entertaining nights.

Do you even know what that phrase means or did you just hear it and apply it randomly? Haye fans actually think he's some master boxer?! Haye really looked in control when he was gasping for air in the corner. Fury was right, Chisora lost that fight in the 5th round by getting too reckless.

The stuff about the Wladimir fight was absolutely spot on to. Haye got clowned on.
what haye was 5 rounds up in a ten round fight chisora is not a puncher and have you ever known a fight to get a 2nd wind????????? haye vs ruiz is an example of a fighter getting a 2nd wind!!

my god some people really hate haye

Agreed. Haye is playing a role, he's trying to act as if he's above it all or trying to assume the good guy role on the assumption that the public dislike Fury.

He has to snap at some point however imo, it's only been one day so far and Fury's had so many digs at him and his career.

I like this guy, snipy but gets to the point.

And hes right. He schooled Haye lyrically, whether Haye wns this fight or not(I think Tyson fury wins this), he still got schooled lyrically.

You must have low expectations if you call those fights "great". I don't give fighters credit for being "properly managed" aka fighting bums. I give them credit for what they do in the ring and Haye has never been impressive at HW

Doesn't matter how many rounds you're up if you have no gas left in the tank. Easy to get a "2nd wind" against a 50 year old Ruiz. If only Fury had a better chin, he'd have a real chance in this fight.

I can't get enough of him. I haven't been this excited for a fight for a long time. Like I said the other day, Fury can be the next Ali with his out-of-the-ring antics, a fighter of the people, he just needs his boxing skill and IQ to be enough to get him there in the ring, he needs to fight smart, he needs to improve. WAR Fury!!
