Why does he want to drain himself to make 154? Plus Floyd is not going to meet him at 154, he'll have to come to 150-152.
It's the big money fight, Ward fight would be nothing compared. Hell even Ward said he'd drop down a division for Floyd, but unlike for GGG, Floyd would have to move up 1 to meet him. Still unclear whether GGG can drop down to 52, and whether that'd be enough for Floyd.

Probably not. Just explaining to him why it makes sense from GGG's POV

"There's no money..." as if he's been making 8 figures in all his previous outings.

I wonder how the boxing world would react if someone actually came out and said "Look, I'm just now making a name for myself. I want to spend a little time near the top before I get in with someone who has a very good chance of beating me".

Would we respect them more or less than the person who hasn't made big money but acts like they are so accustomed to big paydays they base every decision off it's marketability?

They dont want to lose. Anybody who knows anything about boxing can see ggg is an extremely dangerous opponent. For all the 168 pound guys to have to get involved just to give him a challenge and hes a small middleweight that should tell you something. Watch when he fights martinez hes going to walk through him like the terminator i guarantee it. debella knows it to

No wonder they were hanging together at the fight. Birds always travel in flocks quack quack......
