Upside - They have all the top names, and higher quality fighters
Downside - All there top quality fighters are getting old and on their way out

GBP:
Upside - All the younger fighters, more rivals for their top guys
Downside - Terrible at building big names with younger fighters (pushing guys too fast, or hiding them behind weak competition)
