That's dream fight physically Ruslan is stronger that Lucas imo, Lucas is better technically and can do more things. I'd say it ends in mid round stoppage on cuts.

I don't think he has more power... Punches that hurt Bradley aren't the same as punches that hurt Judah

Matthysse absolutely wrecks him. And I like Provo, don't do this to him. Lucas would ruin him.

@ peoples entire basis for everything being what happened in the only Provodnikov fight they've ever seen.

I thought this was a bait thread.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to slug it out with Provodnikov either. Bradley's night would've ended a lot sooner had he not started moving in the middle rounds.

Bradley hit him with a lot of punches to make him that way. Would Lucas box on the backfoot? I haven't seen that from him.

Provodnikov's defense is to take the shots. Can't see any fighter 140-147 beating Matthysse with that kind of game plan.

And Matthysse's defence? Seems to me he's a come-forward fighter and that suits Provodnikov. Not saying RP wins but I think some are underestimating what he brings to the table - particularly at 147 where LM is untested.

Good fight. Rios against both these guys also good. It will come down to who's toughest. Rios would outlast both...but maybe not after the Pac bout! Matthysse may have just enough movement to avoid the Russian's bombs.
