I don't know where all this Provodnikov hype is coming from, he's an ESPN fighter that loss closely to a feather fisted boxer whom decided to brawl. You know the fight will be at 147 right? Provid is a beast at 147 (he moved up from 140) and even though Bradley was the biggest I have ever seen him, Ruslan was the bigger guy in the ring. This dude only lost once in his career which was a fight that he said he trained poorly and starved himself to make weight (hence his move to 147); a SD loss by the way.

He would smash Alvarado.....if Rios can wobble him with a jab, what do you think Ruslan will do to him?

PROVO An ESPN FIGHTER??? You Need Drug Tested

This is what happens when you fix a fight and hand a title to a clown that can't beat anyone in the Top 10. Bradley was never close to winning his fight with Pacquiao, and got away with his life, barely against Provo that can't to fight and he fought every minute of every round, hurting Bradley with every shot... and the judges screwed Provo and once again kept the title in the hands of Bradley. This Provo is more the real deal than a Broner is. He's more the real deal than Rios and Alvarado are. Alvarado deserves world champion money, no question... but when that fight comes off, he gets stopped by Provo... etch that in stone.

I wish I knew the actual terms being offered. But if you're Alvarado, you're seriously turning down a shot on HBO the week after Marquez-Bradley, when you'll additional viewers for the PPV? That easy, huh? Sorry, but ANYONE can state that **** on TV/radio and in interviews. Why don't we just switch it around and say that Provodnikov is chasing the money? He knows he isn't a big name in boxing and the loss to Bradley won't make it easier to get big money fights. Alvarado is the only "caliber" fighter he can take shots at and hope to get a fight with.
