I think they are trying to starve him out. Force him to move up to 126 and fight Nonito again.

I think it's bob who's the hater here. He's a d1ck. Hell bent on putting vanes on something but its too hard for him to do anything with Rigondeuax after he schooled a top 5 pound for pound fighter.

        I agree...

HBO is willing to accept Shiming vs a 3-1 fighter in a scheduled 4 round bout and Crawford vs TBA, but not Rigondeaux or Vanes-Andrade?

Sounds like a negotiating ploy... Rigondeaux might be asking for a certain amount of money for his next fight, an amount Arum doesn't want to pay; if he's able to convince Rigondeaux and his team that his next fight isn't in high demand, he might get them to relent.

Why would he be willing to go independent for Vanes-Andrade, but not Rigondeaux?

Vanes has not had good showings in his televised bouts, but Andrade is as much of a prospect as Terrence Crawford is and has better amateur credentials. If you're going to televise Crawford vs Sanabria after Prescott (where Crawford didn't put on the most scintillating performance), why not Vanes-Andrade?

Either Arum is lying or HBO is in collusion with him to maintain a good working relationship. They won't call him out even if he is lying and he knows it.

Hbo not interested in Rigo-Donaire II? Who else would they be more interested in matching Rigo with then? Arum full of **** as usual, why not have cotto fight in Miami and put rigo on the undercard.

I have no idea why they aren't leaning twords that. Cotto vs Delvin with Crawford vs TBA is kinda weak. Won't bring a big crowd without a Cuban on the card.
