WBC minimumweight Silver champion Denver Cuello will undergo surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff at the Makati Medical Center on July 15.

Cuello�s manager Aljoe Jaro said top orthopedic surgeon Dr. Javier had asked Cuello to rest and recover from his tough fight against Chinese world champion Xiong Zhao Zhong in Dubai before undergoing surgery.
