I was just checking the Light Heavyweight rankings on BoxRec, where Cleverly is in relation to Kovalev and they have it.
1. Bernard Hopkins
2. Adonis Stevenson
3. Lucian Bute
4. Tony Bellew
5. Sergei Kovalev
6. Tavoris Cloud
7. Chad Dawson
8. Jean Pascal
9. Andrezj Fonfara
10. Nathan Cleverly
Wtf, I usually find their rankings legit, but how can they justify Bute at 3 when he's had one fight at 175 with Denis Grachev!?
Then having Tony Bellew at 4 when his only big win was a close fight that should have probably been a second draw with Isaac Chilemba!! I mean he's 6 places above the guy who beat him!!
I'm going to have to look through the rest of the divisions to see what anarchy is in it! This ranking is a worse job than Chuck Giampa's P4P list over at Ring Magazine and that takes a lot!
