I doubt it Haymon has both fighters with the intent of having the winner fight Floyd at 147. So i doubt it matters who wins.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Danny get a desicion or KO Lucas. I'm a big fan of Lucas, but let's face it, he is not Maidana. Chino has been in wars with hard punchers but Lucas hasn't yet. To me, this is a 50 / 50 fight. Matthysse is stronger but he is not as accurate puncher as Danny. We still don't know if he can walk through his punches.This is an even fight, a test for both, a great matchup.

I'm feeling pretty much the same as before the Peterson fight, when all the same clowns said Lamont the champ would school Matthysse.

You obviously didn't watch the Judah-Garcia match or your boxing knowledge is so abhorrent you do not know the difference between a straight left and an uppercut. Also if you actually look at the match Garcia was tired after pressing the fight for 10 rounds and still battled back the invigorated Judah.

Matthyse been rocked by Devon Alexander's left hand(who hits softer than Judah) in the second round of their fight, he did the stanky leg for a second and started throwing wild punches. He got rocked a couple more times in that fight by the straight left hand but because Devon is not a brawler he didn't press the action much. Obviously you haven't watched that match eithier or you would had known that Matthyse chin can be hit by soft punches and be rocked easily.

Lamont Peterson always get rocked and knocked down early in his fights this isn't new. He got back up every time he was knocked down and I think Steve Smoger was too quick with waving the fight off as Lamont was still getting up to his feet. What are you talking about Matthyse was going easy on Lamont? What was you watching? Do you actually watch boxing? Matthyse was lunging, swinging wide and wildly with his punches trying to get something.. Lamont could had played it safe and boxed him but decided to **** which gave Lucas his opportunities. Lucas didn't knock him out cold regardless.. He also got missed alot and got outboxed by Zab and Devon Alexander.

Matthyse is a much hype as Chavez Jr. and he will be exposed just like his brother Walter come the 14th..
