Don't you ever get tired of trashing Mattysse and saying how easily Danny is going to beat him. You usually say Danny will cripple him. Every day you start at least one thread calling Mathysse a hypejob and saying how F***ing wonderful Garcia is and on a good day you will start two or three threads like this. Please give it a rest. Most of the members of boxing scene love Matthysse with good reason. If you don't believe this then put up a poll asking who wins a Garcia-Matthysse fight and Matthysse will win that poll. A hypejob is a fighter who gets lots of praise and has done little to deserve it. Lucas has earned every bit of praise he is getting. That is why he is rated #1 at 140 by Ring, the WBC, Boxing Scene, Fat Dan, Boxrec and damn near all the experts that rank fighters. Are all these experts ****** and the only smart one is you? As for your question I think Garcia will not dominated any weight class. He is the 2nd best at 140 but Matthysse is the best at 140 and if the fight happens I'll bet you any amount of points you want that Matthysse wins that fight. The only way he could be the best at 140 would be if Lucas left that weight class. At 147 Mayweather ,Pacquiao, Bradley and others all beat him. Marquez and Bradley would beat him at 140 if they return to that weight. Tons of 154 pounders would beat him and GGG would need less than a minute to KO him. Who says he outgrows 140? Hagler fought at 160 when he turned pro at 18 years old and still fought at 160 when he retired at 34. Pryor always fought at 140 pounds and Monzon always fought at 160 pounds and lots of other famous fighters fought in only one weight class their entire career.

Come on, 140 is way too deep. He really hasn't made his case for top 140 lb'er. If he gets past Lucas and that's a real big IF, (I don't think he will) there is still a case to be made that Provodnikov, Alvarado and Rios would beat Garcia.

Minus the very old Morales, all the above are much stronger mentally than anybody Garcia has faced yet. They are all still in their primes and those styles would make for some badass fights. Too bad they'll never happen.

At 140 i would have Provodnikov, Rios, Allakhverdiev, Alverado, as favorites to beat Danny with Ajose and Peterson 50/50. Lucas kills him.

I agree, I don't think he's an outstanding boxer. Ortiz will KO him en DosRounds! Matthysse en DosRounds!

I don't know if he could make it to middleweight and dominate the same way but I think Danny if he was correctly conditioned could eventually be a top 154 lb'er. He's young and very talented so the potential is there but the body can only do so much.
Fully expect huh? Want to make a bet on that? With all those points you have? Being so sure and all.
