No hate here, but if you really believe that line, you're full of horse dookie. It will be a competitive fight.

I'd imagine, around your house, no one ever asks you to make any important decisions.

Floyd schools this kid. Actually, when Canelo becomes discouraged and starts wavering in the later rounds like a lost kid at Disneyland, I'm thinking Floyd will punish him more than necessary as a showcase of his skills.

        Again, I hope I'm dead wrong. But I don't think I am.
I don't think Canelo's work rate has to increase. Think what people don't think about is how patient the kid is. He dont need to overwhelm Floyd early! Floyd is gonna be cautious early being mindful of Canelo's power! What Canelo should do is do his best to steal some early rounds with a stiff jab and few flashy combinations! they dont even have to land, he just needs to be viewed as the busier, agressive fighter. If he can win a few rounds early, maybe he can force Floyd to have to be more aggressive as the fight goes down the stretch, that gives him a chance to win. I don't think the kid will gas because Floyd is not a fighter that's gonna push a pace! Think if anything, the fight will be a slow chess match of a fight with a bunch of rounds with single digit numbers of punches landed for both! where guys get frustrated is from trying to overwhelm Floyd, land something hard, and you cant on him! being just as patient as Floyd, is the key to truly being successful, but I never hear anyone say it as a game plan or do it, mark my words, if he Canelo wins or even just does well it will be because of his patience and composure! That's what I think people overlook about him! It's like with Golovkin, his focus and composure are great assets! Most fighters don't have it and that's why they come up short and Floyd begins to dominate because Floyd is always composed, Always

Is Canelo going to fight? if the answer is yes, then maybe.
Reality, Canelo is going to get a nice payday and kiss and hug Mayweather all night, I don't buy this comedy.

Morales makes absolutely no sense here.

            1) Floyd has always been economical with his punching volume, and he also limits how much his opponents can throw.

            2) Floyd has excellent stamina.

            3) Alvarez stamina is a ****ing joke

Don't need excellent stamina to fight a guy that's economical with his punches!!!! You need to be just as smart and economical with your punches, and find affective offense! What we will find out is if he can do that

In order to predict how this fight might go you have to look at Canelo's previous fights. All of his fights are pretty much the same except for the Lopez fight. At least all the ones I've seen on HBO and SHO. He fights in spurts. He'll go through the motions and turn it up when he wants. When he fought Lopez, you can tell he was going for the KO. He was able to get an easy KO because Lopez was much smaller than he is and from the looks of things did not put the weight on smartly. Mayweather is not as small as Lopez. On the other hand, when he went for the KO against Mosely he had a harder time. For one, Mosely was way more durable than Lopez. That's the reason Canelo looked so gassed in that fight. My prediction is Canelo will try really hard to get a KO in the early rounds. It'll be exciting but we know he won't be able to land anything on Floyd that easy. Floyd should be able to withstand anything Canelo throw at him unless he get's careless and get caught. Even in that scenario it still has to be a KO punch or cause serious damage. If all he does is stun Floyd, he'll adjust and cruise to a victory like he always do.

I can appreciate morales backing his countryman but let's be for real here the age isn't going to be a factor here Floyd keeps himself in good shape year round unlike himself who damn near blew up to like 190lbs. during his sabbatical and now he's talkin about Mosley and cotto were close fights gimme a break man the only fighters to give Floyd any problems in the last 6 years was Oscar who was effective with his jab early but decided not to fight in the later rounds next was Ricky Hatton who pressured Floyd I the first four rounds until joe Cortez wouldn't let Ricky fight his fight I think Canelo is too inexperienced for this ring veteran easy win for Floyd.

I think Morales missed the Cherrypicker/ghost fight... he didn't see Cherrypicker potshot and use his legs

Good post I see it the same way although with his his father in his corner now its seems he's more defensive minded than ever now don't get me wrong anyone can get caught but he's just not a careless fighter.
