    Gatti's last run

Okay say Gatti gets by this Daamgard guy on Saturday. Does he fight for a title at 147 or go back down to 140 and fight Hatton like we've been hearing? All I know is Gatti is on his last leg. If he loses again, he needs to retire, no questions asked. Anybody picking Daamgard to win?

He has stated that he has difficulty making 140. I personally have never seen Damggard fight, therefore I will not underestimate, or discount him. Gatti would lose to Hatton, and/or Cotto. But both of those fights will bring him money, and boost the younger fighter's (cotto, hatton)career's.

is it right for him to stick around for paydays and boosting other fighters' careers? isn't that essentially what Holyfield is doing?

Holyfield is 43 yrs old. Gatti still has some fight in him left. I would prefer him not to fight cotto or hatton, but if he did, he would lose while boosting the others career.

I think Gatti should retire. He has taken too many beatings and sadly he isn't good enough to consistantly beat top fighters.

im pulling for gatti, but i have my misgivings...

im 90% sure gatti will win. but i have been wrong before.

gatti should stay at 147. if he moves back down to 140, he wont have much to do except get his ass kicked by hatton. the only thing 140 holds for gatti is a fight with cotto.

if gatti beats damgaard, which i believe he will i think he should retire, go out on a good note, hes already fought the best...hes proven himself and hes showed he has more heart and courage than pretty much any fighter out there, he shouldnt pull a roy jones and get beat down into retirement.

Imo he should beat Damgaard then fight Baldomir cause Baldomir wants him for the money Gatti wins this and hopefully retires

i think gatti will win the fight on the 28th.. then he should fight CB for a belt because he has a chance.. he shouldnt move back down to 140.. cotto will probably move up to 147 soon.. after he fights cotto he should retire.. i love gatti.. hes been through too many wars tho..

my predictions for the fight on the 28 is an early KO

do you all think Gatti can beat Baldomir? I'd DEFINITELY pick Gatti over Baldomir. I guarantee Baldomir loses his next fight
