The CW was at 158, not 157 and was in the rematch. At this point Williams had only fought above 154 twice and never weighed in more than 158/159. He seemed more comfortable weighing in at plus 154 but lower than 160. Martinez was middleweight champ but the cw was in order to facilitate a rematch with a guy who had previously fought at 154.

This Canelo/Floyd thing is totally different, both guys are CHAMPIONS at 154, Floyd has fought at the weight without CWs at 154. Why the difference now?

Floyd has only fought at 154 twice and never weighing close to the limit 150 & 151. Paul Williams had at 160 vs Winky and Sergio and that the first time Srgio had fought at weight. So it would be the same number Floyd would have fought at 154 so stop acting like campaigns there like he does at 147. I wish the fight was at a full 154; the difference now is Floyd has to much pride and ego to say both times at 154 was a lil bit harder than I expected and Canelo is alot physically stronger than Oscar and Cotto; so i want him to come down 2 lbs.
