the reason these punches are so succesful for him, is that while throwing his staight right, he starts to wind up for the left , which catches his opponent offgaurd
ya they are so busy defending the right jab they dont have time to avoid that left.
I noticed last night that for the first time he landed the power left by truely setting it up by mixing in the right with good effect. His jab and right hook and even uppercut are good shots, and the way he moves allows him to set up that left a lot better than the predictable 1 - 2 he was throwing in the past.
