yes except that it's still 2013 and gamboa is saying he wants Garcia so what is there to argu gamboa called Garcia out in 2011, Garcia or his team said no. Garcia called gamboa out in 2013, it's now July 2013 and gamboa says clearly that he wants the fight...i don't understand your point. Garcia ducked gamboa, Garcia then called gamboa out two years later to which gamboa is saying yes..

Williams was avoided but jumping around in weight never made the top fighters of any weight class he was obligated to fight him. Sticking to one weight and being the man to beat gets you the big fights

If I recall correctly Mickey wasn't ready when he was Gamboa mandatory, then Gamboa move up in weight and Mickey call him out, some Mickeys fan were saying Gamboa was afraid of him, now he is going down in weight to meet him and the same fans are talking crap again, I guess they know that Mickey is going to get spanked if he fight him and if not, well then he is a ducker.

He is a little jealous that's for sure, and that show in his last two fights, he was trying to box more and it doesn't suit him well.

Williams wanted to fight at WW, but nobody would fight him there so he moved up looking for better fights. Its not his fault top fighters avoided him, he didnt wanna just sit there and wait for them so he moved around looking for better fights, and i can respect that. Didnt work out for him that well tho
