Im really sick of the floyd should fight this bigger guy talk....

Dude is a blown up jr mid, doesnt cut weight welter, and if floyd cut weight like 99% of boxers do he would be at jr welter...

relax with the GGG talk, be thankful that floyd is fighting canelo....

i really dont care to see floyd fight middleweights, just like i dont wanna see rigo fighting jr welters, or ward fighting cruisers and heavys

They have weight classes for a reason

So Floyd should fight the most talented, hardest hitting fighter 2 weight classes above him in order to prove he is great? lol ok.

So put Pac in the ring with Canelo or Sergio Martinez then along the same logic.
Can they drop down and challenge for Floyd's "SWW" belts? GGG said he can go down to 154, not sure about 152.

          Actually he IS to big for Floyd;

          Floyd..5' 7" 145lbs (153)

          GGG ..5' 10 1/2" 160lbs (170)

he has alot of size on him and at 154 I think GGG is taxing himself just as Floyd would be in with a much more powerfull man! Now GGG size doesn't add to his punch thats something he was born with! Ray.

He's not too big if Floyd drains him at another catch weight though.

Hahahaha C'mon man. At least don't be so overt about wanting to see Floyd get KO'd by guys too big for him.

Golovkin has been a Middleweight his whole career. It's like asking Cotto, who's already on the smaller side at 154 to fight Andre Ward, a 168 fighter.

Floyd is already smaller than most Welterweights at 147, and you think he should fight Middleweights???

you complain bout a guy dropping 2 pounds.

but have no problem with someone else dropping 8 pounds to fight at 152?

Going by this logic......Bernard Hopkins, Adonis Stevenon, Kovalev, Froch, or any of those guys at 168 or 175 aren't too big for Sergio Martinez, because Chavez Jr is arguably bigger than all of them on fight night.

F**k it, I guess Sergio needs to fight Light Heavyweights, Cotto needs to fight Middleweights, Rigondeaux needs to fight Super Featherweights and Lightweights, etc.

GGG is too big for Floyd. There's no question here. He's a full-fledged middleweight with a middleweight's power.

Even Canelo is too big for Floyd. That's why the fight is happening at a catchweight, and not the one Floyd originally wanted too.

Canelo might be worth the risk for Floyd to fight him but he's still a very risky guy for Floyd to take on. GGG would be more risk for less money. He's a huge guy.

The only way that fight could possibly happen is if GGG drained weight to the point that the fight would not be fun to watch. It's a dream matchup but only if Floyd was actually a middleweight.
