When fights that make perfect sense take longer than they should to get made, it should make fans nervous. Especially when its between a champion and his mandatory, and the two best fighters in a division, both under the same promoter and manager, who have known they would be pushed to fight each other after their previous fight. The typical problems that would delay the signing of a fight don't exist here.

We've seen too many fights that make sense pushed off to not worry.

Who has Lucas beat? Lol khan was still number 1 or 2 after the Peterson fight. Zab is still top 10 and Lucas lost to him btw
