    Everyone here already mentioned all the best places.

    Japan, Germany, UK, Canada maybe even a place like Australia/NZ.

    Mexico and Puerto Rico seem fine but most of the local boxers tend to want to fight in US also.

      Places like Mexico, Philippines, PR, and eastern Europe are big boxing places but they aren't great sites of traction for boxers since they're such poor countries.

          England, Mexico, Canada, or anywhere else in Latin America except Cuba, only not considering Cuba because of the complications of coming in and out of the country, but the boxing knowledge there is light years above many places.
