i have never seen that morales before, tired after 5-6 rounds? being hit and not throwing back, no energy, not working the body, not using the jab as good? morales has really worn down, i dont expect u pac fans to admit it but u know in the back of your head that that morales was no where near as good as the first fight pac, morales is starting to show his boxing age i think he is done

Why did EM mention he was in the best shape of his life before the fight. NO EXCUSES BUDY. If EM says he was in the best shape of his life I believe him thats why I was scared for 5 rounds. He looked really good for the first 5 rounds but I guess Pacman's power prevailed. Why were people saying Barrera was past his prim when he lost to Pacman, but when he beat EM he's back. I'm just saying its hard to make the excuse that people are past there prime.

As mentioned before, the right hooks to the ribs and left hooks to the liver did the job. Emmanuel Steward (or one of the commentators) would mention a body shot by Pac regularly. It drained Erik's power after a while.

Erik will never give any opponent props. He's too proud. That's not uncommon among elites.

he was tired in the 6th round because he took a beating. The worse he has ever took. His dumbass trainers should have never rubbed his legs though

What happened to Morales? He got beat the **** up! That's what happened. He was clearly in the fight until he began eating all those power shots. What you want, a man that is taking flush power shots from one of the hardest featherweight punchers to be, OK? You should be happy Morales made it that far even because those were nasty shots he was eating and anyone else would have folded early on. Manny simply overwhelmed him with power shots. It was the same plan he used on Ledwaba. Ledwaba had a superior jab and boxing skills, so he had to make a war out of it and just smother him with power shots. Manny applied this same strategy and it worked.
