Comments Thread For: Haye vs. Fury Clash Could Be Announced This Week

According to the Daily Star, David Haye (26-2, 24KOs) and Tyson Fury (21-0, 15KOs) will this week announce their heavyweight showdown at Manchester Arena on September 28. Despite former world champion Haye claiming on Twitter last week the fight was in doubt over money, the two Britons are expected to sign contracts in the next few days. The fight between Londoner Haye, 32, and 6ft 9ins Fury, 25, will be shown on pay-per-view TV, either on Sky Box Office or Primetime.

      Lol

Fury is honestly just big. I'd be surprised if Haye didn't KTFO him. Although Fury could also KO himself if he gets too excited.

Honestly boxingscene you need to be more educated about your media sources in UK.

The Daily star is the worst newspaper in UK it's full of stories about tramps and how they spend their money on holiday, z- list celebrities. If there was a natural disaster it would be page 4. Some slag in a fight would be front page.

Sports rumours on there are always highly suspect. The sun who also puts out gutter news is at least slightly more reputable.

Haye has to man up by Monday or team Fury are moving on. If it doesn't happen those pointing the finger at Fury are going to look very silly when the truth comes out about Haye during these negotiations.

Didn't Haye sign a 4 fight deal with Eddie Hearn? Surely this can't be on primetime. Hope it's signed though looking forward to it

Fury's team are doing exactly what they did with Price, saying they want the fight to the public but really aren't interested. Fury's uncle has been talking about Fury flying in to sign and negotiations, while Fury has said he already signed. 2 stories both lies.
