He's not really good enough for Kessler.

He looks like he has a good chin though; he was eating shots very cleanly. Eddie Hearn tried to make this fight over the Mack fight for Froch but Tommy thought the money wasn't good enough. Lucky escape for Tom.

He must be better than that display because if he isn't and with his current ranking it is hard to see how he wouldn't lose against any top 10 168-pounder. George Groves would pummel him. So would Degale and they're not big dogs in that division by any stretch.

He really reminds me of Mario Veit. That German who got bodied by Calzaghe twice.

This Tommy guy has the head movement of a street light. Not at all impressed. Gonzales at least was creative till he slowed down.

Hi guys - I was surprised by Tommy's performance I have seen him fight 8 times and this was not the his usual performance, he had an off night. Normally Tommy hits you combo's and moves away with angles but he seemed a bit lethargic, more than usual, maybe it was because he had not fought since November, I know his title was not on the line because he did not meet the weight or maybe Gonzales style did not suit him, I don't know but I'm sure this will not happen again. I had it 97 - 95 in favour of Tommy but a draw probably is the correct result both not doing enough to win. I know everyone is writing him off at the moment but this was an off night it happens I'm glad it happened now so he can work on this, I still believe Tommy would beat Froch but I'm probably in the minority which I accept.

Sure why not OOsthuizen has never had good defense or head movement but he does normally put out a better workrate and might as well go after a name now who's on the decline and isn't really fast.

Gonzalez looked better than I remember but he has a habit of not wanting to be on the outside too long and prefers to get inside and work but against better fighters he'll pay more of a price getting in.

I score it a draw. Gonzales looked extremely sharp early on but took his foot off the gas pedal in the second half of the fight. The HBO crew was annoyingly biased as they praised Gonzales controlling the fight when in fact there were some very close rounds.

I've seen Oothuizen several times and he always seems very hittable but is durable just the same. I think he's fresher, his punches a lil crisper and he beats the shop worn Viking Warrior. Would love to see that fight
