Super middleweight Joshua Conley (7-0, 6 KOs) knocked out an overmatched Roberto Lara in the first round of a a scheduled four round bout. Anytime Conley threw a punch, Lara (0-4) would back away, not attempting to throw back. Conley ended matters when he threw a combination, followed by a left hook to the body. Lara dropped to one knee, looking at referee Ray Corona as he was counted out at 1:07.
