I think this record will come close but I think Canelo has way more fans.

I think its a combination of both. Floyd has more ppv fights and draws. canelo has a large growing fanbase. if they break numbers, its because of both of them.

60/40 Mayweather, only because Mayweather is a proven PPV sale. Canelo brings something to the table but he's yet to prove what he can do headlining a PPV. Mayweather on the other hand has contributed to many successfull PPV events, can't take that away from him no matter how much he's hated.
