I kinda agree with ferocity on this one. Pacman is 1 dimensional and can only fight one way in one speed. If Morales is well conditioned and not weakened by the weight loss, he will beat Pacman next week. His skills are just better and he can do a lot more in the ring. the fight he loss to Pacman, he loss because he got tired not because pacman was whooping on him. So I think whoever wins on Nov. 18th depends on the energy sustained by morales thru the fight. In other words, the only way Pacman wins is if Morales loses it.Comment

I watched Pac-Morales I & II on HBO on demand the other day.
Noticed quite a few things.
First fight:
1) Morales engaged, but fought backing up and for the first 6 or 7 rounds of the fight, frankly, he was tattooing Pac. I mean 1 round, Pac threw 130 punches and landed 5.......5!!! Geez....And connect percentage for the whole fight Pac was 20% or below, Morales was well above 30%.
2) Pac started to land more frequently later as Morales lost steam in the closing rounds. And the 12th man! What a round. Morales knew he had the fight in the bag and he fought him toe to toe anyway! That's a warrior.
3) They used heavier gloves, not punchers gloves in first fight.
Fight II:
1) Somehow, Pacmans guys slipped in the punchers gloves (10 oz instead of 12 I think). Pac usually uses these gloves, gives his power more edge in fights. Heavier gloves negate some of his power and he can't do as much damage.
2) Morales didn't keep Pac off for as long as he needed to. He engaged earlier when he should have fought backing up. Big mistake. He got drained too soon and couldn't sustain himself later on.
3) Pac came more ready than the first fight, the first fight he was just throwing like a mad man, his accuracy was horrible.
Fight III:
If Morales has not drained himself too much to make weight. And If Morales can negate Pac early on and back up and not get engaged in a brawl. Draw him out to the later rounds, he will outbox him to victory.
But if he gets tangled up and doesn't deter Pac with a strong jab and follow up shot. Pac will be on him. And even though Morales can avoid a lot of shots, he has to keep Pac man at distance in range to beat him.
If he gets in a brawl with Pac he will lose and get KO'd later in the fight.Comment
