I don't understand why we are spending so much time talking about the business side of boxing? This is an interesting fight. I think Danny Garcia is a grade A old school philly fighter and Matthysse is a dump truck. Forget about the money and whose fault it is. This fight is way more interesting than half the stuff on tv. But, GB is involved so it likely won't happen. They only put their fighters in hard fights by accident. This one is way too obvious...if this fight doesn't happen its GBP's fault...not the fighters.

Lucas' trainer said they will do blood testing if golden boy wants to send someone to do the tests but they don't feel as if they should have to pack everything up and train in the US just because of Danny Garcia wanting these tests

Which is what we've heard since the USADA rumor came up. Golden Boy should be able to pay USADA to make the trips.

Danny can't fight backing up all that well, and he doesn't have good enough boxing skill to out box Lucas. I just see Danny attempting to exchange and getting caught. Lucas has scary power at 140.
