They wouldn't have. That's why Manuel Charr wasn't on PPV. Sky stopped PPV because of David Haye, that isn't a secret. But keep burying your head in the Hayemaker sand.

That has absolutely nothing to do with it, Haye isn't a world champion now, he was after Harrison. Charr is hardly on the level of Povetkin, Chagaev and it was also a comeback fight. Of course it wasn't on PPV. But guess what will be on PPV - Haye v Fury.

Does Fury do PPV on his own? Nope.

I'll bury my head in the Hayemaker sand, and you can keep yours in hater heaven.

What does being a paper champion have to do with anything? That ******** of a belt that Haye carried around didn't mean ****. If you're a PPV fighter, you're a PPV fighter. They don't need Mayweather to have a belt to be on PPV.

Charr is on the level of those two because the general public don't know who the *** they are either. You're deluded if you think Haye vs Chagaev or Povetkin would even get a sniff at PPV.

Haye vs Fury will be on PPV because he's fighting Fury. Neither of them would be on PPV if they weren't fighting each other.

It doesn't matter whether it's a paper belt or not. He was built as Britains heavyweight champ and you know that. It worked fine selling the "paper champ" vs Ruiz didn't it? And people got a great fight and a good show.

I'm deluded if I think those would get a sniff at PPV? Well, Ruiz wasn't a name in the UK - that was on PPV and that was even a very low profile fight with hardly anyone building up to it.

Your hate for Haye is obviously in the way of you seeing what happened. Fact is that Haye had been on PPV 3 times straight before the Wlad fight and he was just coming off a 3rd round KO of Britains first ever £10m fight.

Neither Ruiz or even Valuev (although that was very sellable) had any profile in the UK. Povetkin/Chagaev would easily have been on PPV especially because they were building towards that Klitschko showdown.

Add to that, his fights against Enzo and Chisora were both on subscription channels. If you think Haye's popularity wasn't enough to get him on PPV that's on you, but you know you're not correct.

Now, whether you would pay for it or not, is another story. My guess is you would probably stream it as I doubt you'd miss any of Haye's fights.

The public excepted Ruiz because Haye sold it as "Oh i have to fight this guy before Klitschko". He was saying immediately after the Valuev fight that he had to fight Ruiz because he was the mandatory and paid step aside money. So people excepted it. By all accounts the Ruiz fight didn't do very well which means a no name like Povetkin or Chagaev wouldn't have done well and would not have been PPV.

That's why he fought Audley. Initially, Team Hayemaker said they would absolutely never fight Audley. But they soon realised they needed a name that the UK public knew to stay on PPV. So they went back on their word....as usual.

And after the negative reaction to that fight, there was no way any other fight than a K brother fight was going to be PPV. Haye was still on the crest of a wave at the time of the Ruiz fight but the novelty had worn off and he'd been backed into a corner.

Same thing is happening with Fury as it did with Audley. Haye said he'd never fight Fury but as soon as his "spidey senses started tingling" about Sky bringing back PPV, he cancelled the Charr fight and started gunning for Fury.

That's not exactly what I said. But if you seriously think after the Audley farce, that he could come out and say "I'm fighting Ruslan Chagaev next, 15 quid please!" and get away with it, you're ***ing deluded.

Im sure you'd buy it because you are a Hayemaker fanboy but it would absolutely BOMB on PPV and Haye wouldn't get the money he so richly craves.

I've never bought a Haye PPV.

I go to the fight like a proper fan.

After everything Fury has said about Haye over the years he has bottled it.

I hope this is a publicity stunt cos I cannot wait to hear what Fury says after being knocked out by a has been. Not the biggest Haye fan but he is about 3 levels above Fury and will make quick work of him. Fury gets caught by everyone and Haye has the speed of a cruiserweight. Plus he cant take a punch and has been lucky a few times not to mention he got beat of John Mcdermott first time round. Haye win by KO round 3 or 4.
