      Diego Chaves (22-0, 18 KO) was Paulie's mandatory and, for some reason, he accepted to step aside, so Malignaggi - Broner could be made. And he accepted instead to fight a very dangerous guy like Thurman. Broner should fight the winner of Chaves - Thurman.

        It would be great if Malignaggi retired and then got sacked by Showtime. That would probably be the best boxing-related news of the year.
